WORK LOCATION: Chaska, MN

This is a fall 2024 co-op, beginning in June, ending in December.

Core Purpose:
The Manufacturing Engineer Co-op position allows a dedicated resource to focus on improving Chaska's manufacturing processes which is vital for Entegris to improve on the cost effectiveness and expected lead times while maintaining quality and safety. In this role, the co-op will work with cross functional teams which may include Operations, Quality, Software, Safety, Planning, and Prototype to develop a systematic approach in solving problems.

In this role, you will:

• Gain experience from a manufacturing perspective where you will have the opportunity to identify, scope out, evaluate, and resolve manufacturing related issues or improve manufacturing processes that have an impact on delivery, safety, and/or quality. You will be exposed to lean manufacturing concepts and principles which can then be applied.

You're a good fit if you have:

• Strong technical background

• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

• Systematic approach to problem solving

• Data Analysis

• SolidWorks 3D Modeling experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio)

Desired Major & Graduation Date:
Electro-mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering

Graduation: Dec 2024, 2025-2026
